Sun is very important is our life, more than we could ever imagine. Have you noticed how improves one’s mood if the weather is sunny? And how many talks there are about the weather when it is cloudy, rainy, and windy and no sun. Nobody complains about the sunshine but there is a number of people who is
too annoyed and frustrated when the sky is grey. Why is that? It is noticed a long time ago that countries which have more than 240 sun days have its inhabitants with cheerful mood and even in the cold season, they are much less subject to depression. However, the inhabitants of the northern countries get easily trapped into depression due to the climate’s peculiarity. This phenomenon is called SAD, or seasonal affective disorder. The winter depression is a bomb of delayed action: if to not cure it in
